Hekimay Hospital has an agreement with SGK — Social Security Institution. Under the agreement you can use outpatient, inpatient, maternity and emergency care covered by SGK services according to your policy or agreement terms.
Authorisation is obtained through the Medula system with your identity details. It is enough to present your policy or institution card with your ID when booking and on arrival; our patient coordinators handle the authorisation process on your behalf.
In private hospitals, a price difference above the SGK tariff may be charged within regulations; the amount is notified in writing before treatment.
