Obstetrics and Gynaecology

The obstetrics and gynaecology department covers every stage of women's health, from pre-conception counselling to postnatal checks. In a department that delivers about 2,400 babies a year, natural birth is supported and epidural analgesia is given 24/7.

High-risk pregnancies are monitored by a perinatologist; detailed ultrasound and genetic screening tests are done in the same clinic. In gynaecology, minimally invasive uterine, ovarian and fibroid surgery, cervical cancer screening and HPV vaccination counselling are available.

In the menopause period, hormone therapy, bone density measurement and lifestyle counselling are planned together.
