General Surgery

The general surgery department prioritises minimally invasive methods in abdominal, breast, thyroid and hernia surgery. Gallbladder surgery is completed with a single overnight stay in most patients.

The obesity and metabolic surgery programme is run by a team of surgeon, endocrinologist, psychologist and dietitian. A three-month preparation period and a two-year follow-up plan are given in writing.

A private clinic room is reserved for colorectal disease, haemorrhoids and anal conditions. All cancer surgery cases are reviewed by the multidisciplinary oncology board.
